Customers can pay utility payments during business hours by credit or debit card by phone (812-254-2730) or in person at the Utility Office. Or payments may be made over the internet (www.washingtonin.us) through the STRIPE online payment portal. There is a 2.25% charge to use a card. Bills can be viewed online or automated bill payment services can also be obtained through the customer portal. American Express, MasterCard, Discover, and VISA, along with debit card carrying a MasterCard or VISA are accepted by the program. |

Automated Bill Payment |
